Returns?

Items are final sale. Please double check jewelry information, and sizes where applicable before ordering. No returns. We want you to LOVE your BRJ, if there is an issue or a repair is needed please contact us via the information at the bottom of this list. 

Who/Where makes the jewelry?

All jewelry is handmade by silversmith Bryan in Sedona, Arizona! Your purchase supports a small, heart-centered business. Visit OUR STORY to learn more. We are so grateful to connect with you! 

When will my item ship? 

Items ship within 5 business days of purchase.

Where can I find my tracking Information?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  Once shipped and tracking is generated,  BRJ only has access to the same info about the package as you do via the tracking info provided. Check spam/promotion folders if you are not receiving my emails.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive?

BRJ is not liable for any item that does not arrive or has been stolen in the shipping process. Please note, all items are shipped USPS Priority which includes $100 of insurance. Insurance claims will not be handled by BRJ.
